Returns & Exchanges
At Mood Fabrics, we want you to love your creations, but due to the custom nature of cut-to-order materials, we only accept returns on defective goods or incorrect shipments within 30 days. Please ensure all items are in their original, uncut condition before initiating a return request.
Return Process
- 1.Review Eligibility
Verify that your fabric is uncut, unwashed, and in its original condition, as clearance items and custom-cut yardage are generally non-returnable unless defective.
- 2.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Package Your Items
Securely pack the fabric in its original packaging and clearly mark the outside of the parcel with your assigned RMA number to ensure fast processing.
- 4.Ship and Track
Send your package back to our New York warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
