How can I order a fabric swatch before committing to a larger purchase?
Most of our fabrics offer a 'Order a Swatch' button on the product page. Swatches are typically 2" x 4" and are a great way to feel the hand and see the true color of the material before buying yardage.
What is the minimum order quantity for fabric?
Our minimum order for most fabrics is one yard. After the first yard, you can typically order in half-yard or full-yard increments depending on the specific product listing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Mood Fabrics ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
Can I return fabric if it has already been cut?
Because fabric is cut to your specific specifications, we generally do not accept returns on cut yardage unless there is a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part. We highly recommend ordering swatches first.
How long will it take for my order to process?
Standard orders typically process within 2-4 business days. During peak seasons or major sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Does the fabric come in one continuous piece?
Yes, we always strive to ship fabric in one continuous piece. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order in a single cut, a customer service representative will contact you before shipping.
